摘要
通过分析中国农村实用人才发展现状,指出了目前农村实用人才队伍建设存在的主要问题,从人才管理与评价的角度,提出了加强农村人才队伍建设,促进农业科技成果转化与应用的对策与建议。
The current situation of rural practical talents is analyzed. The main problems of troops construction of rural practical talents is indicated, The suggestions and strategy are put forward from angles of management and evaluation in order to accelerate the troops construction of rural practical talents and proper transformation and application of agricultural scientific outcome.
