针刺背俞穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床研究

Acupuncture in Back-shu points for curing chronic fatigue syndrome

目的观察针刺膀胱经背俞穴法治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效及对肌电图的影响。方法将72例慢性疲劳综合征的患者,随机分为针刺膀胱经背俞穴法治疗组与传统针刺法对照组,分别进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗前、后的临床症状和肌电图的变化。结果2组治疗前、后的临床症状和肌电图的变化以及组间比较均存在显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论针刺膀胱经背俞穴法治疗慢性疲劳综合征能有效地改善临床症状和体征。

Objective To observe the curative effect of acupuncture in Back-shu points of Bladder Meridian on chronic fatigue syndrome （CDS） and its influence on electromyography. Method The patients with CDS （n = 72） were randomly divided into the treatment group treated with acupuncture in Back-shu points and the control group treated with traditional acupuncture. The changes of clinical symptoms and electromyography were observed before and after the treatment. Result The changes of clinical symptoms and electromyography were significantly different before and after the treatment in two groups respectively, and there was signifi Conclusion The therapy of acupuncture cant difference between tow groups （P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ）. in Back-shu points of Bladder Meridian can relieve effectively the clinical symptoms and signs of CDS.
