摘要
本文阐述了黑龙江中医药大学如何抢抓黑龙江"高教强省"的战略机遇,更新教育思想观念,进入服务社会的主渠道;调整学校发展取向,服务于高教强省建设;发挥中医药学科优势,构建生物医药学科群;实施人才强校战略,打造一流师资队伍;大力加强科技创新平台建设,提升集成创新和科技服务能力;加强创新人才培养,为地方经济社会发展提供人才资源;加强国际交流与合作,推进中医药高等教育国际化。通过实践,论述了中医药院校强化社会服务职能的重要意义。
The paper discusses how to seize the opportunity of the ＂strategy of construction of a powerful province＂ by the Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and renew the educational concept. The purpose is to emphasize social service and meet the demand of the provincial construction strategy., in which the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine is brought into play, specialties of biomedicine are developed, top-grade teachers are trained, scientific innovation is carried out, and scientific service is strengthened. Professionals are supplied for local economic development and international exchange. In this way internationalization of TCM education is sped up. Practice shows the importance of the social service function of colleges of traditional Chinese medicine.
