踝关节骨折脱位的治疗(上) 被引量：4

摘要 踝关节骨折脱位很常见，约占全身骨折总数的3．92％。其发病率占各个关节内骨折的首位。踝关节骨折的发病呈上升趋势，老年女性多见。多为低能量旋转暴力导致的间接损伤。单踝骨折约占全部踝关节骨折的67％，双踝骨折25％，三踝骨折约7％。全部踝关节骨折中约2％为开放骨折。
