本文分析了国际游资进入我国的渠道、规模和流向对我国经济安全可能造成的影响,从监管角度和国家审计视角分析了日本、东南亚和越南等在国际游资冲击下最终形成金融危机的原因。根据我国金融审计取得的成就与问题以及我国金融审计的现状,提出了完善金融审计、防范金融风险的政策性建议。

This paper first analyze channels how hot money flow into China, and the size of potential impact on Chinag economic security, then analyze the national audit of Japan, Southeast Asia and Vietnam Financial crisis from point of view of regulatory. According the achievements and problems as well as the status quo of Chinag financial audit, this paper put forward policy recommendations to a sound financial audit, to guard against financial risks.
