在按病种付费中引入病例分型的探讨

Discussion on introducing case classification in DRGs

通过对目前我国以单病种付费为基础的按病种付费模式进行分析,指出该付费模式下存在病种覆盖面不广、医疗质量及医疗费用缺乏可比性等问题,导致该付费模式难以推广。在此基础上,阐述了引入病例分型质量费用管理模式的优势,为探索医保付费方式提供参考。

Based on the analysis on single disease payment based DRGs in China, the problems such as poor coverage, poor medical quality control and poor comparison led the mode was difficult to extension. The advantages of introducing case classification based medical quality in DRGs payment system were presented. It could give some reference of exploring medical insurance in China.
