接地装置的电位升直接影响接触电位差、跨步电位差和转移电位差等接地参数的大小。为确保发变电站的人身安全,需对接地装置的电位升加以限制。探讨接地装置的接触电位差不超过人体允许承受的接触电位差时,接地装置的极限电位升。

The potential rise of grounding grids influences the contact potential difference,step potential difference,and transfer potential difference of the substation,and should be controlled in order to ensure human safety. The paper discusses the limiting potential rise of the grounding grids to make the contact potential difference do not exceed the tolerable one of the human being.
