火电厂“四管”泄漏在线监测系统的应用

Application of On-Line Detection System forLeakage of “Four Pipe” in Power Plant

为了早期发现锅炉轻微泄漏，避免非计划停炉，避免锅炉泄漏不能及时发现或检查不彻底造成的起炉之后再停炉，我们研制出锅炉承压管泄漏在线监测系统。介绍了锅炉承压管泄漏在线监测系统的硬件结构和实际应用情况，通过运行实践表明，仪器对锅炉轻微泄漏提前报警，比人工巡检可以提前３天到１１天以上，根据监测的结果，为领导及时合理安排停炉时间，减少事故扩大造成的损失，制定状态维修策略，减少非计划停炉时间提高机组等效系数，发挥了重要作用。

お? To fina out the slight leakage in boilers,to avoid disarranged stopping of boilers,to avoid stopping of boiler just after it starts in sake of the leakage in boiler can`t be found in time,the authors introduce the hardware structure and applications of the system.Applications have shown that the system can find out leakages earlier than the worders` inspection by three days to about eleven days or more. Based on the result of the system,it is possible to provide the leaders the time to arrange to stop the boier,decreasing the loss,to work out the state maintaining strategy,and to increase the efficiency of the boilers.
