肺纤方对特发性肺间质纤维化患者肺弥散功能及血氧分压的影响

Influence of Feixian Formula on pulmonary diffusion function and blood oxygen pressure in patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis

目的观察肺纤方治疗特发性肺间质纤维化的临床疗效。方法将40例特发性肺间质纤维化患者随机分为治疗组20例、对照组20例,治疗组给予中药肺纤方治疗,对照组给予激素泼尼松治疗,疗程均为3个月。观察临床疗效、治疗前后肺弥散功能和血氧分压的变化。结果治疗组总有效率为84.2%,对照组总有效率为81.3%,治疗组能显著提高患者的血氧分压。结论肺纤方能有效地治疗特发性肺间质纤维化。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Feixian Formula on idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. Method The patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis （n=40） were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=20） and control group （n=20）. The treatment group was treated with Feixian Formula and the control group, with prednisone for 3 months respectively. The curative effect, and the changes of pulmonary diffusion function and blood oxygen pressure were observed before and after the treatment. Result The total effective rate was 84.2 % in the treatment group and 81.3% in the control group. The bLood oxygen pressure was significantly increased in the treatment group. Conclusion Feixian Formula can be used for treating idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis effectively.
