窄谱UVB联合更昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹40例疗效观察 被引量：1

摘要 带状疱疹是一种常见的皮肤病，治疗以抗病毒、止痛和营养神经细胞为主，但治疗不及时或不当，易出现继发感染或后遗神经痛，有时疱疹完全愈合后，剧烈的神经痛数年难愈。
