布替萘芬联合硼酸治疗浸渍糜烂型足癣疗效观察

目的:观察1%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏联合3%硼酸液治疗浸渍糜烂型足癣的疗效。方法:浸渍糜烂型足癣患者104例,随机分成两组,治疗组56例,先用3%硼酸浸泡患处,20分钟/次,2次/日,每次浸泡后均晾干后局部外用1%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏,疗程2周;对照组48例,仅局部外用1%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏,2次/日,疗程2周。结果:治疗组治愈率67,9%,有效率96.4%,真菌清除率94.6%;对照组治愈率52.1%,有效率85.4%,真菌清除率83.3%。两组临床疗效及真菌学疗效比较,差异均具有显著性意义(X^2=6.24,P<0.05;X^2=4.16,P<0.05)。结论:1%盐酸布替萘芬乳膏联合3%硼酸液治疗浸渍糜烂型足癣,起效快、疗程短、疗效好。

Purpose：to observe curative effect of 1% hydrochloric acid Butenafine emulsifiable paste combined with 3% boric acid liquid on the pickling erosion tinea pedis. Method：104 pickling erosion tinea pedis patients were divide into two groups randomly. Firstly use 3% boric acid to soak affected part for 56 cases in the treatment group,20 minutes/time,2 times/day, after soaking every time and airing water content,locally externally using 1% hydrochloric acid Butenafine emulsifiable paste, with treatment period of 2 weekso Result： treatment group： curative ratio 67.9%, effective rate 96. 4%, hysterophyta clearance rate 94. 6% ; Control Group： curative ratio 52. 1%, effective rate 85.4%, hysterophyta clearance rate 83.3%. By contrast for clinic curative effect and mycology curative effect in two groups, difference has distinctive ignificance（χ^2 = 6. 24, P 〈 0. 05 ; χ^2 = 4. 16, P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： When 1% hydrochloric acid Butenafine emulsifiable paste combined by 3% boric acid liquid is used for treatment of pickling erosion tinea pedis, it is fast in onset, short in period of treatment and good in curative effect.
