This paper introduces one new type interferometuc hydrophone which is constitued by a simple mode optic fibering resonat cavity. The ring resonat cavity has high optic fineness.The hydrophone is made from above ring resonat cavity. That hydrophone has one extrem high sensitivity which is nearly about-125 dB (reference level 1 V/μPa)
