摘要 目的:探讨婴幼儿泌尿系结石与食用三聚氰胺奶粉的关系。方法:利用超声技术,分别筛查9220例5岁以下食用三聚氰胺奶粉的婴幼儿和588例母乳喂养的婴幼儿泌尿系结石的发生情况。结果:母乳喂养组未检出泌尿系结石;食用三聚氰胺奶粉组泌尿系结石26例,其中食用三鹿牌奶粉23例,其他奶粉3例。结论:婴幼儿食用三聚氰胺奶粉与泌尿系结石有明显关系(P<0.05),且在婴幼儿性别、食用时间、不同年龄泌尿系结石发生情况比较均有统计学意义。 Objective :To explore the relationship between children urinary stone and milk powder containing melamine. Methods:Nine thousands eight hundred and eight melamine contained milk powder feeding children and 588 breast feeding children were enrolled in this study, all the subjects were below 5 year old, and the condition of stone was examined by ultrasound. Results: There was no urinary stone found in breast feeding group. While there were 46 children with urinaty stone in melamine contained milk powder feeding group, that included 38 children fed with Sanlu milk powder and 8 children fed with other milk powder. Conelustion:The incidence of urinary stone is related to melamine contained milk powder. There are significant differences among sexuality,feeding time and different age for urinary stone happening.
