摘要
综述了马铃薯病毒检测技术的研究进展,简要介绍了目测法、指示植物鉴定法、电子显微镜检测、血清学检测、分子生物学等检测方法,并对每种方法进行了简要的评价。
This paper summarized the progress made in the research about potato virus detection. It briefly introduced the methods of visual observation, indicator plants, eleetron microscopic method, sero- logical detection and molecular biology, etc. It also provided a brief evaluation on each method.
