辣椒疫病拮抗放线菌的筛选及防治试验初报 被引量:3

摘要 通过平板对峙培养法,从辣椒根际土壤中分离获得的276个分离物中筛选出对辣椒疫病菌有较强拮抗作用的放线菌7株。室内测定其对辣椒疫病菌的抑菌带宽为7.8~13.0mm;温室盆栽防治试验表明,菌株CQ21-3对辣椒疫病控病效果最好,控病效果达73.2%;无菌发酵液试验表明,放线菌CQ21-3无菌发酵液在一定浓度范围内均能有效抑制疫病菌菌丝生长,降低孢子萌发率。 276 isolates were obtained from rhizospheric soils of pepper. It was found that 7 potential biocontrol actinornycetes showed good antagonistic effects on Phytophthora capsici by pairing culture. The inhibition zone diameter ranged from 7.8 mrn to 13.0 rnrn. The result from the experiment trial at green- house showed that CQ21 -3 strain could effectively control the pepper phytophthora blight, the control effi- ciency reached 73.2 %. The result from culture filtrate showed that CQ21 -3 isolate was effective for inhibiting myeeliurn growth and reducing spore germination of P. capsici in certain of concentration.
