摘要
利用40株昆虫病原线虫共生菌菌株,以两种辣椒主要病虫害——甜菜夜蛾和辣椒炭疽病菌作为供试昆虫和真菌,对其杀虫抑菌活性进行测定。结果表明,40株共生菌菌株的发酵液对这两种病虫均有一定的抑制活性,其中嗜线虫致病杆菌(Xenorhabdus nematophila)A24-1菌株的杀虫抑菌活性最为明显,处理后120h对甜菜夜蛾的平均校正死亡率为100.00%;对辣椒炭疽病菌的抑菌圈直径为40.00mm。
Forty strains of symbiotic bacteria were isolated from entomopathogenic nematodes. Bioas- say results showed that all strains had virulent activity to the first instar larvae of Laphygma exigua and Col- letotrichum gloeosporiodies to some extent, among which Xenorhabdus nematophila A24 - 1 strain was the best one. The average corrected mortalities to Laphygma exigua was 100.00 % , and the diameter of anti- biotic circle to Colletotrichum gloeosporiodies was 40. 00 mm.
