炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎疗效观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effects of Injection Yanhuning on chronic pharyngitis via atomization inhalation

目的评价炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎的临床疗效。方法120例慢性咽炎患者采用随机分组，治疗组使用炎琥宁粉针剂溶解后雾化吸入治疗；对照组使用庆大霉素加入地塞米松、α-糜蛋白酶雾化吸入治疗，疗程均为2周。于2周后观察疗效及1年后随访。结果治疗组治愈30．0％，显效36．6％，有效18．3％，无效15．0％，总有效率85．00％，对照组治愈20．0％，显效26．6％，有效20．0％，无效33．3％，总有效率66．67％。2组疗效比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论炎琥宁雾化吸入治疗慢性咽炎疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Injection Yanhuning （IYH1N）on chronic pharyngitis（CP）via atomization inhalation based on a clinicaltrial.Methods In eluded in this study were 1 20 cases with CP randomized divided into two groups,with 60 in each group.The 60 cases in the experimental group（EG） received the therapy Of IYHN atomization inhalation,and the other 60 patients in the control group （CG）were given the routine atomization inhalation therapy composed of gentamicin,dexamethasone and a-chymotrypsin,2 times a day and lasted for 2 weeks for all these cases in each group.Then.the therapeutic eriects were evaluated by the end of therapy in a comparative way between these two groups on the basis of evaluation on the clinical scores for both the symptoms and physical sign. with all the patients followed up for more than 1 year after the therapeutic course.Results There 1 8 cases（30%）were cured,22 cases（36.6%）sgnificantly effective,11 cases（1 8.3 %） effect/ve.and the other 9 cases（15.0%）inefficacy in EG. vith a total eriective rote of 85.00%,while there were only 12 cases（20.0%）were cured,16 cases（26.6%） sgnifieantly effective,12（20.0%）eases erie： ctive and 20（33.3 %）ineffective,with a total effective rate of 66.67 %in the CG.There was a statistically significantdifference in the total effective rate between them（P〈0.05）.Conelusion The therapy of injection Yanhuning atomization inhalation is effectivefor the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.
