本文基于经验模式分解理论与自适用阈值检测原理,采用一种新的心电信号处理方法实现了对心电信号的预处理与R波的检测。该方法经MIT-BIH心电数据验证,可以降低高大P波,T波和基线漂移等噪声污染的影响,R波检测准确率高。

A new algorithm for R-wave detection of EGG using the properties of EMD （Empirical mode decomposition） and adaptive threshold technique is presented in this paper. The method can detect R wave from the signal with large peaked T , P waves and baseline wander and other noises. The algorithm was tested using the records of the MIT-BIH Arrhythmias Database and R-wave detection rate is high.
