核壳型有机硅-丙烯酸酯微乳液的合成和性能 被引量:4

摘要 以甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酸丁酯(BA)、甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH570)等为主要原料,采用半连续乳液聚合法,合成了具有核壳结构的有机硅-丙烯酸酯微乳液。通过傅里叶红外光谱法(FTIR)对乳液结构进行表征。结果表明:有机硅单体参与了有效聚合;电镜照片显示,粒子呈明显的核壳结构,平均粒径在100 nm左右;差示量热扫描(DSC)结果表明,聚合物存在两个玻璃化温度,其耐水性比常规乳液聚合物有明显的提高,综合性能良好。 The organosilicon/acrylate copolymer emulsion with core-shell structure was synthesized by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization, in which methylmethaerylate (MMA) , butyl acrylate (BA) and KH570 acted as main monomers. The emulsion and their films were characterized by FTIR, DSC and TEM. The results show that organosilicon is effectively involved in the copolymerization;the distinct core/ shell structure is observed by using TEM; the particle size dispersion of latex is narrow and the mean diameter is about 100 nm;the synthesized polymer emulsion has two glass transition temperatures ; water resistance is improved greatly and the polymer films have good properties.
