高频热疗配合腔内化疗治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效观察

Observing the curative effects of high frequency thermotherapy combined with intracavity chemotherapy on malignant pleural effusion

目的观察高频热疗配合腔内注射顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的临床疗效。方法选取经确诊肿瘤所致的恶性胸腔积液患者193例,随机分两组,进行常规相关处理后A组(对照组)100例采用腔内注射顺铂60 mg,B组(治疗组)93例采用腔内注射顺铂60mg后半小时内进行高频热疗,观察疗效、临床症状缓解情况及副作用。结果两组有效率为63%、88.2%;临床好转率46%、73.1%。结论高频热疗配合腔内注射顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效好,副反应小,可提高患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the curative effects of high frequency thermotherapy combined with intracavity chemotherapy on malignant pleural effusion. Methods 193 patients with malignant pleural effusion were randomly divided into two groups. Group A （control group, 100 patients） was treated with intracavity injection of DDP. Group B （treatment group, 93 patients） was treated with high frequency thermotherapy after intracavity injection of DDP. The curative effect, clinical symptoms and the side effect were observed. Results The curative efficiency of two groups were 63% and 88.2% , respectively. The clinical improvement rates were 46% and 73.1%. Conclusion It is effective to treat malignant pleural effusion with high frequency thermotherapy combined with intracavity DDP injection.
