摘要
目的探讨急性胰腺炎的发病因素、治疗及预防措施。方法回顾性分析35例急性胰腺炎患者的临床资料。结果32倒于治疗7～10d胰病消失，血淀粉酶正常。死亡3例，均为病前嗜酒或进食高脂饮食者。结论饮酒、进食高脂饮食、暴饮暴食是引起急性胰腺炎的发病因素。
Objective To discuss the reasons of acute pancreatitis. Method 35 patients with acute pancreatitis were respectively analyzed. Results Drink wine, high fat diet, overeats and overdrinks were related to acute pancreatitis. Conclusion Drink wine, fat diet, overeats and overdrinks are the dangerous factors of acute pancreatitis.
