医德考评是医德评价的重要环节、医德实践的重要内容。在实施医德考评过程中,必须满足五个保证:内容保证,建立科学合理的评价指标体系;组织保证,建立健全考评机构;方法保证,制订医德考评实施方案;原则保证,坚持实事求是、公平公开公正;实际运用,建立医德档案。

Satisfying evaluation of medical ethics can be attributed to the following premises including scientific evaluation regimes, just administration, objective and comprehensive evaluation procedures, just evaluation criteria and archives of medical ethics evaluation.
