纳米硒对肉鸡生长、屠宰性能和养分消化率的影响 被引量:9

摘要 选用1日龄Avian肉鸡225只,随机分为5个处理组,每组45只,设3个重复,每个重复15只。在玉米-豆粕型日粮基础上添加纳米硒(0mg/kg、0.15mg/kg、0.3mg/kg、0.6mg/kg、1.2mg/kg),试验期6周。分别于14、28、42日龄空腹称重,每处理随机抽取9只,每重复3只,屠宰测屠宰性能。结果表明:试验期间,添加纳米硒肉鸡的平均增重、饲料消耗高于对照组(P〉0.05)。1—14d、15—28d,纳米硒在0.3—0.6mg/kg的添加水平时肉鸡的料重比显著低于对照组(P〈0.05);29—42d、1~42d纳米硒在0.15~1.2mg/kg的添加水平肉鸡的料重比极显著的低于对照组(P〈0.01)。42d时纳米硒在0.6—1.2mg/kg的添加水平肉鸡的屠宰性能显著高于对照组(P〈0.05)。纳米硒在0.3—1.2mg/kg的添加水平肉鸡的养分表观消化率高于对照组(P〉0.05)。结论:肉鸡日粮中纳米硒的适宜添加量为0.7—0.8mg/kg。 Two hundred and twenty five Avian broiler chickens at the age of 1 d old were randomly divided into 5 treatments. All treatments were replicated 3 times using 15 birds per pen. The supplementation of nano - selenium was 0, 0.15,0.3, 0.6, 1.2 mg/kg for each treatment, respectively. The experiment lasted 6 weeks. Nine broiler chickens in each group were selected and slaughtered at 14, 28 and 42 days respectively. Immune indexs, antioxi- dation indexes and'slaughter performance were deteminated after blood collection and slaughter. The results showed that : the average weight gain (AWG) and the feed consumption (FC) increased with adding nano - selenium during experiment ( P 〉0.05 ). The feed/gain (F/G) decreased at the level of 0.3 - 0.6 mg/kg of nano - selenium at 1 -14,15 -28 day; the F/G decreased significantly (P 〈0.01 ) at the level of 0.15 -1.2 mg/kg of nanoselenium at 29~ 42,1 ~ 42 day. The slaughter performance (SP) increased significantly ( P 〈 0.05 ) at the range of 0.6 ~1.2 mg/kg of nano - selenium at 42 day. The nutrient apparent digestibility increased ( P 〉 0.05 ) at the range of 0.3 ~ 1.2 mg/kg of nano - selenium. The level of 0.7~0.8 mg/kg of nano - selenium was the optimal supplementation in broiler diet.
