摘要
研究了60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢在不同加热温度、保温时间下的脱碳行为及其对疲劳性能的影响.结果表明,脱碳层厚度随着加热温度的升高、保温时间的延长而增加.淬火温度为860℃,保温时间为40 min时,脱碳层深度为0.06 mm,保温时间延长至640 min,脱碳层深度增加到0.30 mm.对Φ18 mm的60Si2CrVAT弹簧钢试样,在淬火温度为860℃、脱碳层深度达到0.2 mm时,疲劳寿命才明显降低.
Decarburation of 60Si2CrVAT spring steel and its effect on fatigue property were studied at different heat treatment temperatures and holding times. The results show that practical decarburized depth, is increased with the increase in holding time. When the steel is treated at 860℃ for 40 min,the decarburation depth is 0.06 mm. After the holding time prolong to 640 min, the decarburation depth increases to 0.30 mm. Its fatigue life is reduced remarkablely as the decarburation of 60Si2CrVAT spring steel with a diameter of 18 mm reaches 0.2 mm.
