血管内皮生长因子及其受体在妊娠期高血压疾病中的研究进展 被引量：4

摘要 血管内皮生长因子（vascular endothelial growth factor，VEGF）是作用最强、特异性最高的血管新生调节因子，近来国内外的一些研究相继发现VEGF及其受体的异常表达参与妊娠期高血压疾病的发病及其病理生理过程，对探讨妊娠期高血压疾病的病因及发病机制起了重要的作用。VEGF是1989年由Ferrara等在牛垂体滤泡星形胶质细胞体外培养液中分离纯化出来的，是目前惟一确定的高度特异性促血管内皮生成因子，
