摘要
试验选用体重相近的5周龄金定鸭150只,随机分为5个处理,每个处理6个重复,每个重复5只鸭,饲粮中添加的VD3水平分别为0、400、1500、3000、5000IU/kg,研究不同水平VD3对笼养育成蛋鸭生长性能、血液指标及免疫功能的影响。结果表明:饲粮中添加VD3能显著提高育成期蛋鸭的日增重和饲料转化率(P<0.05);对钙磷、总蛋白、白蛋白影响均差异显著(P<0.05),对球蛋白含量影响不显著(P>0.05),但有升高的趋势;T4值显著降低(P<0.05),而T3/T4的值呈显著上升趋势(P<0.05);对脾脏指数、法氏囊指数影响差异不显著(P>0.05),但均有所改善;对骨重指数影响差异显著(P<0.05),3000IU/kg组显著高于其它各组(P<0.05)。综合试验结果表明,蛋鸭在笼养条件下育成阶段VD3的适宜添加量为1500~3000IU/kg。
The experiment was designed to study the effects of vitamin D3 on growth performance and immune function in five-week-old ducks. 150 ducks were randomly divided into 5 groups,6 replicates each group 5 ducks each replicate. Vitamin D3 supplement amount was 0,400,1 500,3 000,5 000 IU/kg. The results showed as follows: There were significant differences in average daily gain (ADG)and feed conversion ratio (FCR)among the treatments (P〈0.05);With the increasing levels of vitamin D3 in the diet,Ca,P,TP and ALB had significant differences (P〈0.05), GLOB had no obvious difference (P〉0.05),while it was tending to upward;The concentration of T4 decreased and T3/T4 increased (P〈0.05);Spleen index and bursa of fabricius index were not significantly affected (P〉0.05),however ducks fed vitamin D3 showed increasing tendeney;Vitamin D3 had obvious effects on bone weight indexes (P〈0.05) and 3 000 IU/kg was the highest compare to other groups. It was concluded that the optimal vitamin D3 supplement amount of young laying ducks were from 1 500 IU/kg to 3 000IU/kg under cage condition.
