抗菌肽及其在鸡生产上的应用 被引量：2

摘要 抗菌肽是生物界中广泛存在的一类生物活性小肽，过去人们认为宿主天然防御系统的主要参与者是吞噬细胞（如巨噬细胞）、白细胞（如肥大细胞）、血清蛋白（如补体）。1980年瑞典科学家Boman等，从天蚕蛹的血淋巴中分离得到天蚕素抗菌肽，使人们对抗菌肽的作用机理和应用有了一个崭新的认识。抗菌肽是一种具有抗菌作用的活性小分子多肽，由生物体抵御外源性病原微生物的入侵而产生的，是生物非特异性防御系统的免疫应答产物，具有广谱抗菌活性，
