摘要 根据清洁生产的理论与思维模式,对酞菁绿颜料氯磺酸法生产工艺进行改进。通过改变催化剂、优化合成工艺、污染源头削减、对废水进行资源化循环利用,使污染得到有效控制,基本实现了酞菁绿颜料的清洁生产。采用清洁生产工艺,废水排放量减少83.64%,污染物减少94.60%。按年产300t酞菁绿颜料的生产规模计,每年可增加经济效益2.13×106元。 According to the theory and thinking pattern of cleaner production, chlorosulfonic acid process for phthalocyanine green pigment production has been improved. The pollution can be controlled effectively by changing catalyst, optimizing synthesis process, reducing pollutants at sources and reusing wastewater as resource, and the cleaner production of phthalocyanine green pigment can be basically realized. Using the cleaner production process, the wastewater discharge reduces by 83.64% and the pollutants by 94.60%. According to the phthalocyanine green pigment production of 300 t per year, the economic benefit can increase by over 2.13 × 10^6 yuan per year.
