摘要
为探讨染色体异常对男性生殖状况的影响,对生殖中心就诊的1 483例生殖异常的男性进行外周血染色体培养,G显带,必要时C显带后核型分析.结果检出异常核型301例(20.30%),其中性染色体异常227例(15.31%),常染色体异常73例(4.92%),性反转1例(0.07%).结论:男性染色体异常会造成男性睾丸发育不良、生精功能障碍,导致不育、或其妻不良孕产史的发生,影响男性生殖.
In order to examine the relationship between chromosomal abnormalities and male reproductive conditions,the peripheral blood lymphocytic culture and harvest were performed according to standard methods in 1 483 patients. We also analyzed the karyotype after G or C band preparation. Results showed that 301（20.30%） of abnormal karyotype were found in 1 483 patients. There were 227 cases（15.31%） of abnormal sex chromosome, 73 cases （4. 92%） of abnormal autosomal and 1 case of sexual inversion （0.07 %）. Our conclusion was the chromosomal abnormalities could play an important role in male abnormal reproductive ability.
