均匀侧压作用下圆柱体优化设计问题

摘要 讨论了变截面圆柱体在均匀侧压作用下强度优化设计问题.首先建立了圆柱体的力学模型,通过考虑一个微元体的平衡得到了圆柱体满应力计算公式,得到了圆柱体满应力设计控制方程.应用龙格库塔法解非线性方程得到了该问题的数值解,给出了圆柱体随着柱体高度的直径变化曲线.通过算例说明满应力圆柱体的体积比等截面柱体的体积有极大的优化.其结果可供工程设计人员参考. An optimal design of a cylinder under uniform lateral pressures is considered. First, the mechanic model of the cylinder is built. By considering the balance of an element, the stress formula is obtained. Then, the governing equation of the full stress design of the cylinder under uniform lateral pressures is presented. The numerical results of the nonlinear formula were obtained by Runge-Kutta method, and we have also obtained the curve of diameter of the example. The numerical results could be used as reference in engineering design.
