In real political life, this group of two hundred millions members is on the verge of right of political participation, which obstructs the building of a harmonious socialist society. This article makes an analysis of the effect of the situation of farmer workers＇political participation on building a harmonious soiciety, which helps to understand the importance of the farmer workers＇ political participation.
