中国为何没有一流的大学校长

近年来我国高校办学大都缺乏特色,办学模式趋同化。造成这种局面的原因不是因为中国缺乏具有独特教育理念的大学校长,而是我国缺乏成就一流大学校长的环境,现行的大学校长选拔制度、高校管理评估制度等"扼杀"了一流大学校长的成长。
