随着我国进入高等教育大众化阶段,高校出现多样化发展的趋势,同时也出现了趋同化发展的现象。针对高校趋同化的主要表现,从组织社会学、管理学、政策学的角度分析产生高校趋同化发展的原因,然后提出避免趋同现象的建议。

In the process of popularization of higher education, the diversify development trend has appeared in the universities of China, as well as the emergence of the tendency of assimilation development of universities. On the basis of the appearance of the assimilation development of higher education institution, the article analyzes its reasons from the perspectives of organizational sociology, management, policy science, then the author puts forward suggestion in avoiding the tendency of assimilation of the universities.
