学生管理是关系到高校能否稳定运行的基础性工作。新形势下,高校学生管理体制创新势在必行。古代书院对我国的教育发展和学生培养有重要影响,文章从我国部分高校推行书院制这一现象出发,深入分析其存在的原因与意义,以期对我国高校学生管理体制改革提供可资借鉴之处。

Student management is the fundamental work for the stable operation of colleges and universities. Under the new situation, college student management system innovation is imperative. The ancient academy of classical learning has an important impact on students＇ cultivation and the educational development in China. From the phenomenon of implementing the ancient academy of classical learning system in some colleges and universities, the article deeply analyzes the reasons of its existence and significance, with a view to provide the management system of the reference to the students management system reform of our colleges and universities.
