Experiential Communion about Catching Dust Treatment of Foundry Cupola Exhaust Gas

结合工作实际,从工艺流程、设计细节、除尘效果、存在的问题及注意事项等几个方面,介绍了脉冲袋式除尘器和湿式颗粒层除尘器在铸造业冲天炉废气除尘治理中的应用,并对两者进行比较,提出了湿式颗粒层除尘器更具优势、具备广大的发展空间。

In this article, integrating the practice of the work, from several aspects such as technical process, desiguable detail, catching dust effect, present problems and attentive proceeding, this article introduced an application of pulse-jet fabric fiher anti wet granular bed filter in the treatment of the foundry cupola exhaust gas. And through comparison, this article advanced that wet granular bed filter has more superiority and developing space.
