分析了发达国家经济社会发展各个时期的环保制度建设情况,研究两者之间的相互辩证关系。
The paper analyzed governmental environmental management systems in different stage of social economic development in the developed countries, furthermore studied the dialectic relationship between social economic development and governmental environmental management systems.
