摘要
在Czochralski(Cz)单晶氧化物制备系统中,常观察到高温融液自由表面呈现波状流动花样(wavepattern)。以LiNbO3制备系统为例,采用分块边界坐标适合法,结合高精度QUICK格式,通过大规模数值模拟,分析了晶体旋转速度、自由表面热辐射、表面张力及坩埚壁加热条件对波状流动的影响。
In Czochralski oxide crystal growth system, on melt free surface wave patterns are often observed. In this paper, the influence factors of wave pattern such as crystal rotation rate, thermal radiation from the melt free surface, surface tension and beating condition at crucible wall are investigated by massive numerical simulations of LiNbO3 growth system. In numerical methodogy, multi - block boundary fitting coordinate and high order QUICK scheme are employed.
