摘要 科技园区是推动企业成为技术创新主体的重要载体,是产学研结合的一种重要形式和渠道,而完善的评价指标体系是推动科技园区健康发展的有力保障。文章通过分析科技园区成功的关键要素,运用层次分析法构建重庆市科技园区评价体系,从而为加速产学研的有效结合、推动重庆市以大学科技园为代表的科技园区的资源优化配置和健康发展提供依据。 The science and technology park has become the main body that promotes enterprises to be the major carriers of technology innovation, also an important form and channel of industries, universities and research institutes cooperation. The complete evaluation index system is the strong guarantee of the sound development of sci- ence parks. This text analyzes the key success factors of science parks, constructs the evaluation system of Chongqing science and technology parks through AHP, and thus provides the basis for accelerating the effective combination of industries, universities and research institutes and promoting the healthy development of Chongqing university and other kinds of science parks.
