菌痢消颗粒质量标准的研究

Study of Quality Standard of Junlixiao Granules

菌痢消颗粒是由黄连、诃子、苦参、白头翁、甘草等中药制成的纯中药制剂,具有清热燥湿,泻火解毒,涩肠止泻之功效。在对本品的质量标准研究中,本文重点进行了薄层色谱研究,选择了多种展开系统进行比较。结果显示,采用《中国兽药典》收载方法及展开系统对本方中黄连、诃子、苦参进行薄层色谱鉴别,斑点清晰,方法可行。

Junlixiao granules （Rhizoma coptidis , Fructus chebulae , Radix sophorae flavescentis ,Radix pulsatillae ,Radix et rhizoma glycyrrhizae and so on） are a kind of Chinese materia medica preparation. It has the following effects ： clear heat, purge fire and relieve dysentery. In the study of quality standard of Junlixiao granules, according to the method of the Pharmacopeia of Chinese Veterinary Drugs, this article selected different TLC solvents to identify it. The results showed that the spots of Rhizoma coptidis, Fructus chebulae, Radix sophorae flavescentis in the TLC were clear and the method was feasible.
