摘要
文章讨论了民矿乱采滥挖所造成的严重的资源浪费、人生安全及社会治安等问题及其原因，探讨解决民矿开采问题的有效途径，以求引起各级政府和社会的重视。
The problem of heavy wasting resources made by private mining in disorder and excavating excessively, personal safety, social public order and their reasoning have been discussed in this paper. An effective way to resolve the problem of private mining has been approached in order to attract the attentions of government at all levels and society.
