摘要
分析了我国城镇与工程防灾专业标准体系框架的现状和存在的问题,提出了完善单灾种的技术标准,强化标准的系统性,发展综合防灾技术标准和建立关键技术标准子体系等构建工程建设综合防灾标准体系的措施,为城乡综合防灾提供支撑和保障。
This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of engineering disaster prevention standard system framework in China, probes into the countermeasures of perfecting single species disaster standards, intensifying the systematization of standards, developing integrated disaster prevention standards and establishing sub- system of key engineering standards to build comprehensive disaster prevention standard system and provide support for urban and rural comprehensive disaster prevention.
