甘谷县部分小学教育现状调查

An Investigation of the Primary Schools Teaching Conditions in Gangu

摘要 采用现场走访、问卷调查、统计分析等方法对甘谷县28所小学教育现状进行调查分析。通过对小学校舍、教学设施、师资结构、学生等情况进行调查分析,表明甘谷县小学教师文化程度存在很大差异;城乡小学教育、师生配比、生均占地等方面存在显著城乡差异。相关部门应投资扩建县城小学和加强川区、山区小学硬件设施建设;提高山区教师待遇;建立小学教师人才交流平台,实行教师轮岗制。 The investigation was made on the present teaching conditions of primary schools in Gangu county, including school building, teaching facilities , the components of faculty and students. It showed that the teacher' s quality differs remarkably and great gaps exist between schools in the proportion of teacher to student and the space occupied by every student by on-the-spot enquiry, questions and statistical analysis .Therefore, some resolutions were proposed in order to balance the primary school teaching quality level and realize the educational equality finally. Firstly, the educational department of local government invests to extend the school building in the capital, reinforcing the teaching facilities , and raising teacher's salary in the countryside. Secondly, they can build up the teachers exchanging bridge between schools and implement the relay post system.
