高校学生正处于从不成熟到成熟的过程,在这个阶段,大学生容易犯罪也容易被犯罪侵害。从高校学生行为着手,总结在校学生犯罪特征和新的发展趋势,分析违法犯罪原因,力图对高校学生违法犯罪问题提出预防建议和措施。

College students are experiencing the process from immaturity to maturity. At this stage, it is easy for them to crime and also to be violated by the crime. By summarizing their crime characteristics and the new trend of development, and analyzing the reasons of their crime, this article begins with the behaviors of college students and tries to put forward some precautionary suggestions and measures to college students＇offence.
