摘要
实现教师的专业化成长,日益成为变革传统教师教育一个新的生长点。教育行动研究是让研究回归学校、让课堂成为实验室、让教师成为研究者、让研究成果应用于日常教学,并改进日常教学,提高教育质量,因此,通过教育行动研究可以促进教师专业素质的发展和培养。
To achieve the development of teachers'professional quality is increasingly becoming a new start point to change the traditional ways of teachers' education. The educational action research makes the research back to school, the classroom as a lab, the teachers become the researchers and the achievement applied to daily teaching activities, and thereby improving the quality of teaching. So, the educational action research can help to promote the cultivation of teachers' professional quality.
