To achieve the development of teachers＇professional quality is increasingly becoming a new start point to change the traditional ways of teachers＇ education. The educational action research makes the research back to school, the classroom as a lab, the teachers become the researchers and the achievement applied to daily teaching activities, and thereby improving the quality of teaching. So, the educational action research can help to promote the cultivation of teachers＇ professional quality.
