摘要
一个组织只有当它是学习型组织的时候,才能保证有源源不断的创新出现,才能具备快速应变市场的能力。90年代以来,学习型组织理论引入我国,经历了学习、研究、应用等阶段,人们由不了解、不熟悉,到认知、接受,自觉按照学习型组织理论管理各类组织。本文着重对我国企业创建学习型组织的基本现状进行归纳和概括,并对创建学习型组织的制约因素进行分析。
An organization has innovation ability continuously and reaction market ability quickly only when it is learning organization. Since the 1990's, with the instruction of learning organization theory, we experienced the stage of study, research and application, and we also experienced process from non - understand, unfamiliar to cognitive, acceptance and manage all kinds of organization in accordance with the theory consciously. The article summarized and inductive basic present situation of learning organization foundation on our country enterprises, and analyzed barrier factors on it.
