摘要
我国制定的传媒"走出去"战略是构建我国传媒国际影响力的重要决策,但通过提高传媒的国外覆盖率而形成国际影响力的思路,与我国的国情、国力不甚相符,是一种成本高、效率低的做法。如果能适当放开外媒在我国国内的业务限制,借外媒之力实现我们走出去的目标,可能会有事半功倍的效果。
