青年自组织发展的现实困境与路径选择

The Present Predicament and the Selection of the Cause for the Youth Self-organization Development

已有的研究结论往往把青年自组织的发展途径归结为回归行政和走向自治这两种截然相反的倾向,并且认为未来的目标设定只能是其中的某一种。而事实上,无论是政府还是青年自组织,其发展的目标都是在相互的作用过程中不断变化的,且任何一个组织实体都不会因自身的局限性而孤立地存在,合作发展是其必然的路径选择。我们应该针对青年自组织发展过程中存在的现实问题以及发展困境开展深入研究,并积极探索青年自组织的科学发展路径。

The research findings concluded before are inclined to summarize the way for the self organization of the youth into the two kinds： the returning to the government administration and going to autonomous rule which stand opposed dramatically and also believe that the future goals for the development can only be one set of these two kinds. In fact, whether the government or the youth self- organization, its goals for the development are in the process of changing, and any entity of an organization will not exist due to their respective limitations, sO cooperative develop- ment is the inevitable option for their way. In view of the problem and predicament existing in the process of the youth self organization, we should conduct an in - depth study and explore the scientific development way for the youth self - organization.
