摘要
对国内外灾难管理研究现状进行了分析,并结合四川"5.12"汶川大地震,分别对灾难管理的应急预案、应变举措和组织协同三方面的相关问题进行了思考。
Based on reviewing the Wenchuan earthquake, the article analyzes the domestic and international researches about the library disaster management, and takes a consideration of the questions related from the aspects of contingency plan, emergencydealing measures and corporate actions.
