摘要
目的:建立HPLC法测定隔山消中没食子酸的含量。方法:测定没食子酸的色谱条件是Agilent ZOR-BAX SB C18色谱柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-0.4%磷酸水溶液(10∶90),检测波长为273nm,流速为1.0ml/min,柱温为25℃。结果:没食子酸在0.05~0.5μg范围内线性关系良好,r值为0.999 9,平均回收率为98.46%,RSD为2.56%。结论:本法操作简便、快速、分离效果好、稳定性高、重现性好,为建立隔山消质量标准和进一步研究隔山消提供科学依据。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of gallic acid in Geranium strictipe R.Kunth. Method: The chromatographic condition for gallic acid was that the Agilent ZORBAX SB C18 (4.6mm×150mm,5μm) was used; the mobile phase consisted of CH3OH-H2O (0.4%H3PO4); the UV wavelength of gallic acid was 273nm; the flow rate was 1.0ml/min; the temperature of column was 25℃. Result: Gallic acid was good linearity over the range of 0.05-0.5μg,(r=0.999 9), The average recovery was 98.46%; RSD was 2.56%. Conclusion: The method is simple, sensitive, accurate, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of Geranium strictipes R.Kunth.
