摘要
目的:总结临床治疗经验,认识外伤性侧裂区域脑挫裂伤患者的特殊性。方法:回顾分析54例外伤性外侧裂区域脑挫裂伤患者的发病机理、临床表现以及临床治疗。结果:手术治疗29例,死亡7例,有2例患者呈植物人状态生存。保守治疗25例,死亡4例。结论:外伤性侧裂区域脑挫裂伤患者病情发展较快,及时正确的处理可提高患者生存率。
Objective： To understand brain injury in the lateral fissure part by summarizing clinical experiences. Methods： 54 cases of brain injury in lateral fissure part were reviewed and the clinical manifestations, pathogenesis and clinical treatment were analyzed. Results： 29 cases went through operation; 7 cases died; 2 cases were in vegetative state; 25 cases went through conservative treatment, with 4 cases of death. Conclusion： Lateral fissure region brain injury patients deteriorated rapidly, and correct and timely treatment could improve the survival rate of patients.
